The Molecular and Cell biology is proud to announce that the recipient of the CLAS Faculty Research Excellence Award in the Life and Behavioral Sciences division for this year is Professor David Knecht.

Congratulations on this achievement! The recipients of Excellence in Research awards are honored for a research program that has gained national and international distinction and impact in their field of study. The award includes a medal and $1000 to support his research activities.

Dr. Knecht will be presented with the award at the CLAS College Celebration on Tuesday, May 7 at 4:00 pm in the Student Union 304.
