Welcome to the Professional Science Master’s Programs in the Molecular and Cell Biology department at the University of Connecticut!  This website will provide you with helpful information to support your transition into the program. Our 33-credit, career-driven, and multidisciplinary, programs are eligible for F-1 and J-1 sponsorship and are a STEM OPT approved program.

First Steps

Be on the lookout for an email from The Graduate School Admissions team detailing how you can gain access to:

Visit the Graduate School’s Incoming student website for more information.

If you are an international student, you will also receive an email from the Center for International Students and Scholars regarding important next steps to completing the visa process.

Register for Classes

Once you receive access to Student Admin, your NetID, and UConn email, you will be able to register for your first semester of courses.  You can consult with your advisor on which courses are best for you based on your career interests.

In order to keep class sizes small, PSM Core courses require a permission number to register.  Please email chr06004@uconn.edu to receive permission courses for any PSM courses.
