Congratulations to Dr. Teschke, the recipient of the 2018 Alice C. Evans award!

The Alice C. Evans award, presented at the ASM Microbe meeting, is named after ASM’s first female president. Dr. Teschke was featured in a special reception at the ASM Microbe meeting and recognized as an outstanding mentor to women in science.

Congratulations to the authors Eric Zuiderweg, Larry Hightower and Jason Gestwicki:

“The remarkable multivalency of the Hsp70 chaperones” by Zuiderweg et al., which appeared in Cell Stress & Chaperones Volume 22, number 2, has been selected by Springer Nature for inclusion in their 2018 Change the World Initiative.
