John Malone has been selected for membership in the Global Young Academy.

The Global Young Academy (GYA) represents a voice for young scientists around the world and provides an environment for young scientists to work together on topics of global importance. The GYA is composed of 200 members represented by 50 countries from all continents. The GYA is governed by an Executive Committee that reflects the diversity of its membership and is supported by a Senior Advisory Board composed of outstanding senior scientists and science managers. Members are selected for their record of science, commitment to service, and serve five-year terms. John Malone’s membership will officially begin at the May GYA Conference and Annual General Meeting.
